Registration is limited to 25 attendees to allow the most effective discussions and learning possible. Cancelations can be accepted before May 15. Substitute attendees are allowed.

The price of registration includes breakfast, including coffee and beverages, various snacks, boxed lunch on both days. Dinners will be organized by Mark and Joe, but attendance is optional and each attendee will cover their own dinner costs. Food choices and options will be communicated in advance to attendees.

Airport information: 

The Indianapolis (IND) airport is about 20 miles from the hospital site where the workshop will be held.

We expect to wrap up by 3 pm on Thursday if you’d like to plan your travel accordingly (flights after 5:30 pm should work fine).

If you need to leave a bit early, that’s fine, as the second day will end with discussion about what you can do when you get back to your organization. You won’t miss any “gemba visit” time.
